Plaintiff appeals a judgment of the district court dismissing his complaint, seeking relief under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 (1970) and 1985(3) (1970), for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. We are of the opinion that plaintiff states a claim actionable under 1983 against certain defendants, but agree with the district court's dismissal of the 1983 action against other parties and with the lower court's dismissal of the 1985 claim against all defendants.
