Action commenced in the civil court of Milwaukee county by the plaintiff Dunn & Stringer Investment Co. to recover a brokers commission from the defendants Anton Krauss and Gertrude Krauss, his wife. The civil court rendered judgment in behalf of the plaintiff, and the defendants appealed therefrom to the circuit court. The circuit court on such appeal reversed the judgment of the civil court and dismissed plaintiffs complaint. From such judgment of the circuit court, plaintiff has appealed to this court.
